LL Mechele Neal is the one of three generations of LLs in the R.T. Butler COA. Her door into the Order is her father, GIG Joe Neal of Tullahoma Consistory #185. She is preceded in the Order by her mother, SGLLP Frances Neal and her two daughters, Jasmyn and Tresior all of White Dove #185. She is jokingly referred to as the last of the three generations to join the Order of the Golden Circle. Mechele has remained diligent and involved, not only with R.T. Butler and the Health and Wellness Circle but in her professional career as well.

Whether it is working Voters Registration/Education with the TLOD,
attending a rally for the Democratic Women, or delivering food to those
in need; she is a very active part of her community. Because of those
